Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
